ABOUT
Hi, I'm Amy.
I've just turned forty I'm back living in my home town, and a few years ago I realised I'd been running on autopilot...busy, tired, vaguely waiting for some magical future version of myself to arrive and sort everything out.
She never showed up. So I started doing it myself, in small, unglamorous steps. Clearing out what no longer fit. Questioning habits I'd never chosen on purpose. Making my home softer, my mornings slower, my expectations of myself a bit more humane.
What "revamp" actually means
Amy Revamp isn't about becoming a completely different person. It's about looking at my life honestly ... the good, the messy, the "why do I own four identical black cardigans" and making changes that actually feel right. Not changes that look good on Instagram. Changes that feel good on a Tuesday.
What you'll find here
- Honest writing about wellness, self-care and slowing down

What you won't find
Toxic positivity. 5am club propaganda. Anyone telling you that you're one purchase or one mindset shift away from a perfect life. You're not broken. Your life probably just needs a revamp.
Less rush. More glow. That's the whole idea.
