Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
Amy Revamp is run by Amy ("I", "me"). This policy explains what information I collect when you use the site, why, and what you can do about it. It's written for the UK, so UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply.
What I collect
- Newsletter signups: your email address, when you subscribed, and where on the site you signed up — so I can send you the emails you asked for.
- Analytics: which pages you view, which links you click, and similar usage events. This is used to understand what's popular and improve the site.
- Contact messages: whatever you choose to send me via the contact page.
What I don't do
- Sell or rent your data to anyone. Ever.
- Send marketing emails you didn't sign up for.
Affiliate links & third parties
When you click an affiliate link you leave this site and the retailer's own privacy policy applies. They may use cookies to attribute the referral — that's how commissions work.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or withdraw consent, at any time — just email via the contact page. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how your data is handled.
Data retention
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics events are kept in aggregate. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
This is a starter template written for launch and should be reviewed to make sure it reflects how the site actually operates. Questions? Get in touch.
